	The birth of a child born in France must be registered within three days after the delivery.
	REGISTRATION AT THE TOWNHALL :
		Births in Toulouse : you have to go to : ETAT CIVIL : 34 rue des Lois. Phone : 05 61 22 30 26.
		Births outside Toulouse : you have to go to the town hall of the place of birth.
	REPORT OF BIRTHS DESK TO THE AMERICAN EMBASSY IN PARIS :
		Opening hours : Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:00 PM to 3.00 PM (except during holidays).
		To receive the list of documents needed to record the birth of your baby, feel free to call the births desk on 01-43-12-46-71.
	REPORT OF BIRTHS DESK TO THE BRITISH EMBASSY IN PARIS :
		Call the consular section in Paris and ask for the birth registration department. Phone : 01 44 51 31 02
		Opening hours : Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 09.30 to 12.30 and 2.30 - 5.00. Tuesday : from 09.30 to 4.30.
