The idea of creating
TOULOUSEBABYNET
came during the maternity leave of my first pregnancy. Indeed I
met foreign ladies who got some troubles to
get and especially to
understand the information they needed. I know how frustrating it is,
when you would like to express yourself and that you can't manage or
when you do not understand the meaning of what is said to you.
